This page explains, in plain terms, what information I collect when you use this site and what happens to it. The short version: I only keep what's needed to deliver your music and run the service, and I never sell your data.
What I collect
When you license a track, I store your name, email, the optional social/channel link you provide, and the order details (track, license, amount, order ID). This lets me deliver your files, let you recover them later, and resolve any Content ID claim on your channel.
When you subscribe to the newsletter (on the site, or by ticking the box when you buy a license), I store your email and, if you give it, your first name. I use them to send you new releases, behind-the-scenes news and offers for list members. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
When you download a free track, no personal data is collected — only an anonymous counter increases.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. I never see or store your card or PayPal password — only the confirmation that a payment completed and the amount.
Transactional emails (your license, order confirmation) are sent through Resend. Newsletter emails are also sent through Resend. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
Analytics
I use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand visits, countries and popular pages. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
I also use Google Analytics to see how people find the site (for example YouTube or a search) and which tracks they listen to. It uses cookies. I don't use it for ads and I don't sell any data. Visitors in Europe are asked first, and nothing is stored until they press "Allow". Change your choice
Your choices
You can ask me to access or delete your data at any time — just reply to any email from me, or contact itsoraeth@proton.me. I'll keep license records as long as needed to honour your purchase and for legal/accounting reasons.
